Ysfa Church
Phil Jones (c)
Dedication: St. Mark

I was told that this Church at Ysfa owes its origins to the fact that the area wanted a school, and founding a church allowed them to have a Church in Wales school. It has a stone exterior, but the inside is a red brick, and built in 1871. The church contains a 14th century font.

Located off the A470 south of Rhayader, if travelling from Rhayader towards Builth Wells and Newbridge, look out for the turn on the left shortly after passing the Vulcan Arms motel and filling station.
